Welcome

Bethel Lutheran Church is a congregation of approximately 1,100 members. Affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Bethel celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2008. Bethel features six choirs, three youth groups, women and men’s fellowship/study/service organizations, and an active social service ministry. At Bethel we teach, preach, and live the truth that every one of us is loved, valued, and belongs.

A staff of fourteen full and part-time employees serves the Bethel congregation. From nursery care to youth camping trips to hospital visitation to Christian education, the work of the staff touches all aspects of parish life. Three staff members have served in this congregation for fourteen years or longer, and an additional four members of the staff have been in their positions for nearly ten years.

Bethel Lutheran Church is a vibrant and dynamic congregation that loves its children and youth, is strongly committed to outreach and social ministry, celebrates the presence of Christ in its weekly worship, and is seriously committed to living as disciples of Jesus Christ in our church, community and world. Having recently completed a major construction project, we now enjoy facilities to match the large number of disciple-building ministries we offer.
