Holy Week & More!

Holy Week Schedule
During Holy Week we will worship:

  • Holy Thursday, April 13, we will worship at 11:30 a.m. and again at 7:00 p.m. with Holy Communion.
  • Good Friday, April 14,  we will worship at 7:00 p.m. with a Tenebrae service.
  • We will not be worshiping at Bethel at Saturday instead St. John’s will be hosting the community-wide Easter Vigil at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15 in their Sanctuary and all are invited.

Easter Sunday – Alleluia!
The Lord has Risen!  The Lord has Risen Indeed!  Come celebrate with us:
8:00 a.m. with Holy Communion
9:30 a.m. with Holy Communion
11:00 a.m. with Holy Communion
We are all invited to join the McDermott family in the CLC at noon to share Easter dinner.  See the sign-up sheet on the Information Station.

Reminder:  There will be Bistro during Holy Week. We will be having Mac & Cheese.  We hope you will come and join in a meal with others.

Wednesday Programming
Our Wednesday programming on April 12 will look like this:
BAM will meet as usual.
Our High Schoolers are invited to join other area churches for a multi-sensory Holy Week Worship at Bethel at 7:00 p.m.  We will experience Jesus’ walk to the cross in a new and meaningful way that will prepare us for the rest of our week leading up to Easter.  Please join us!
Adult Choir will meet as usual at 7:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
There will be NO 6th Grade Connections, Spring Break Stretch or Adult Bell Choir rehearsal.

Education Opportunities
There will not be Sunday School on Easter Sunday. Classes will resume on April 23 and continue through May 21.
Please join the Creation Care committee for Creation Care Sunday on April 23.  Join the committee in the Sanctuary during Sunday School hour on April 23 for a presentation on Organic Famring & Conventional Farming: The Real Dirt presented by Ben Doherty and Dave Legvold.
