On Sunday, February 26, Bethel welcomes speaker and writer Dorothy Bass. Dorothy will preach at both services and lead our adult forum on the topic of Living Faith: Practicing the Presence of God in Daily Life. Dorothy Bass directs the Valparaiso Project on the Education and Formation of People in Faith (www.practicingourfaith.org), a Lilly Endowment project based at Valparaiso University. She is the author of Receiving the Day: Christian Practices for Opening the Gift of Time and the editor of Practicing Our Faith: A Way of Life for a Searching People and several other books. She is a member of Christ Lutheran Church (ELCA) in Valparaiso.
